Ethiopian Telecommunications
Corporation (ETC) (TBS-Legehar building) invites sealed bids from
eligible bidders for the Procurement of Computers, Photocopy
machine, fax machine and others.
1. The
Tender Remains floating from October 21, 2005 until November 10,
2005 at 5:00 P.M. Bid documents can be obtained form ETC (TBS0
Legehar Building, 3rd floor, Office Room No. 332 during
office hours upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Birr 20 (Birr
Twenty Birr). Bidders should submit their renewed original & VAT
Certificate with copies (if they are registered) when they come to
obtain the bid document.
2. Bidders
shall furnish as part of their bid, bid security of Birr 3,000
(Birr Three Thousand).
3. The
bid bond must be in either of the following form:
a)
Cash
b)
Certificate cheque (CPO) issued by a recognized Bank or
c)
Bond issued by a recognized Bank
4. Bidders
who whish to submit bid bond in the form of cash are required to
deposit to ETC (TBS) Legehar Building Under ground casher before
November 10, 2005 , 5:00 P.M. and produce the receipt/deposit slip
during the bid opening date.
5. Bidders
would submit their offer in was-sealed envelope and deposit in the
box situated at 3rd floor, Room No. 321 on or before
November 10, 2005, 5:00 P.M.
6. Bids
will be opened in the presence of interested bidders or their
representatives at ETC (TBS) Legehar Building, 4th floor,
Room No. 420 on November 11, 2005 at 10:00 A.M.
7. Partial
Bid is not allowed.
8. The
Corporation reserves the right to reject all or apart of the bids.
