1. Tikur
Anbessa Specialized Hospital (TASH) invites all eligible and
interested bidders for provision of Consultancy Service for
preparing documentary book about the Hospital activities of the last
10 years performance, future strategic planning and management
alternatives as a corporate teaching hospital.
2. Bidders
are required to submit trade license valid for the year 1997 Eth.
Cal. registration certificate on Suppliers list form Ministry of
Finance & Economic Development together with tax clearance letter
form Inland Revenue Authority.
3. Interested
bidder can collect the TOR starting form the issuance for this
Invitation for Bid in the daily newspaper of The Ethiopian Herald
free of Charge form TASH purchasing Division, 1st floor,
No. B 112 during Working hours.
4. Bids
shall be valid for a period of 30 days after bid opening and must be
delivered to the above office on or before November 16, 2005 at 2:00
P.M. and must be accompanied by a bid security 2% of the bid amount
by CPO, Certified check or bank guarantee valid for 60 days.
5. Bids
will be opened on November 16, 2005 at 2:30 P.M. in the presence of
bidder or their representatives.
6. The
documentary book & other documents shall be completed and submitted
within a maximum shall be completed and submitted within a maximum
period of 30 calendar days form the commencement date.
7. TASH
reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
