Ethiopian
Telecommunications Corporation (ETC) (TBS-Legehar building) invites
sealed bids from eligible bidders for the Procurement of
Construction Materials.
1.
The tenders remains floating from October 21, 2005 until
November 10, 2005 at 5:00 P.M. Bid documents can be obtained from
ETC’s (TBS) Legehar Building, 3rd floor Office, Room No.
332 during office hours upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Birr
20.00 (Twenty Birr). Bidders should submit their renewed original
license & VAT certificate with copies (if they are registered) when
they come to obtain the bid documents.
2. Bidders
shall furnish as part of their bid, bid security of Birr 3,000 (Birr
Three Thousand).
3.
The Bid bond must be in either of the following from:
a.
Cash
b.
Certified cheque (CPO) issued by a recognized Bank or
c.
Bank guarantee from
recognized bank.
4.
Bidders who wish to submit bid security in the form of cash
are required to deposit to ETC (TBS) Legehar Building Under-ground
casher before November 10, 2005, 5:00 P.M. and produce the receipt
during the bid opening.
5. Bidders
should prepare their offer in a wax-sealed envelope and deposit in
the box situated at 3rd floor Room No. 321 on or before
November 10, 2005, 5:00 P.M.
6.
Bids will be opened in the presence of interested bidders or
their representatives at ETC (TBS) Legehar building 4th
floor Room No. 420 on November 11, 2005 at 2:00 P.M.
7.
Partial bid is not allowed.
8.
The Corporation reserves the right to reject all or part of
the bids.
