Ethiopian Telecommunications
Corporation (ETC) invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the
Procurement of galvanized steel pipe.
1. The
tender remains floating from October 20, 2005 to November 09, 2005.
Bid documents can be obtained form ETC's Head Office Room No.207
during office hours upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Birr 20
(Birr Twenty Birr). Bidders should submit their renewed original
license & VAT Certificate with copies (if they are registered) when
they come to obtain the bid document.
2. Bidders
shall furnish as part of their bid, bid security of Birr 3,000 (Birr
Three Thousand).
3.
The bid bond must be in either of the following form:
a)
Cash
b)
Certificate cheque (CPO) issued by a recognized Bank or
c)
Bond issued by a recognized Bank
4.
Bidders who whish to submit bid bond in the form of cash are
required to deposit to our Heads Office, 3rd floor, Room
No. 311, until November 9, 2005, 5:00 P.M. and produce the receipt
during the bid opening.
5. Bidders
should prepare their offer in was-sealed envelope and deposit in the
box situated at ETC's head office, 1st floor, Room No.
112 on or before November 09, 2005 up to 5:00 P.M.
6. Bids
will be opened in the presence of interested bidders or their
representatives at 09:00 A.M. on November 10, 2005 at ETC's Head
Office Room No. 111
7. Partial
Bid is not allowed.
8. The
Corporation reserves the right to reject all or apart of the bids.
