Description

Ethiopian Telecommunications Corporation (ETC) (TBS-Legehar building) invites sealed bids form eligible bidders for the Procurement of Stationary items.

1.      The tender remains floating form October 21, 2005 until November 10, 2005 at 5:00 P.M. Bid documents can be obtained form ETC's (TBS) Legehar Building, 3^rd floor , Room No, 332 during office hours upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Birr 20.00 (Twenty Birr). Bidders should submit her renewed original license & VAT certificate with copies (if they are registered) when they come to obtain the bid document.

2.      Bidders shall furnish as part of their bid, bid security of Birr 3,000 (Birr Three Thousand).

3.      The Bid bond must be in either of the following form:

a)      Cash

b)      Certified cheque (CPO) issued by a recognized Bank or

c)      Bank guarantee form recognized bank.

4.      Bidders who wish to submit bid security in the form of cash are required to deposit to ETC's (TBS) Legehar Building Underground casher before November 10, 2005, 5:00 P.M. and produce the receipt during the bid opening.

5.      Bidders should prepare their offer in wax-sealed envelope and deposit in the box situated at 3^rd floor Room No. 321 on or before November 10, 2005, 5:00 P.M.

6.      Bids will be opened in the presence of interested bidders or their representatives at ETC (TBS) Legehar 4^th building Room No. 321on or before November 10, 2005, 5:00 P.M.

7.      Partial bid is not allowed.

8.      The Corporation reserves the right to reject all or part of the bids.
