Description

The Transport Authority /TA/ now invites sealed bids form eligible bidders for the supply of Vehicle Identification Blank plates and Associated parts (LOT 1- Blank plates, LOT 2 –Block Die, LOT 3 –Spare part). Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information form and inspect the bidding documents at the office of Transport Authority Room 404, 4^th floor, Addis Ababa.

A complete set of bidding documents may be purchased by eligible bidders to the above and upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Birr 100.

All bids must be accompanied by a bid amount equal to the stated amount in the tender instruction and must be delivered to the above office on or before the closing date.

Bid not accompanied by bid security shall be rejected.

Eligible bidders are required to submit renewed legal license for the current year, registration certificate and VAT registration certificates as appropriate.

The bid will be closed on November 29, 2005 at 9:00 A.M. and will be opened on the same day at 10:00 A.M. in the presence of bidders and/or their legal representatives who prefer to attend at the TA, head office 5^th floor Room No. 516.

The TA reserves the right t reject any or all bids.
