Description

1.   The Oromia Water Resources Bureau (OWRB) has secured a budget from Oromia Regional State for consultancy service of NEKEMTE TOWN WATER SUPPLY PROJECT.

2.   The Bureau now invites eligible consultants to submit proposal to provide consulting service for the Design Review, Contract Administration and Construction Supervision of the aforementioned project.

3.   Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information and inspect the bidding documents at the office of the OWRB, 4^th Floor, Room Number 404 “Procurement and Property Administration Service”, which is located on Bole Road.

4.   A complete set of bidding documents can be purchased upon presentation of renewed relevant license for 1997/98 E.C., Work Permit from the Ministry of Water Resources (MoWR), VAT Registration Certificate, Tax Identification Number (TIN) together with WRITTEN APPLICATION to the above Office and upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Birr 100 (One Hundred) only.

5.   Bids must be delivered to the above office on or before 10^th of November 2005 at 12:00 A.M. and must be accompanied by a security of 1% (one percent) of the bid amount & should be kept in the technical proposal.

6.    Bids will be opened in the presence of the bidders or their representatives who choose to attend at 02:00 P.M. on the same day, i.e. 10^th of November 2005 at the Bureau’s assembly Hall

7.  The Bureau reserves the right to reject part/or all bids.
