Christian
Children's fund Inc. Ethiopia wants to develop, introduce and
implement Accounting and Financial Management manual in all its
project coordination offices. Currently there are 14 each
coordination officer in four Regional State including Addis Ababa
City.
Accordingly,
CCF-Ethiopia National Office invites all interested and complete
bidder for consultancy service to carry out a study of the current
accounting and financial management system of CCF-Project
Coordination Offices, and develop alternative manual that will be
used as a guideline in the process of identification, documentation,
recording, analyzing, summarizing, and communication information
related to finance, procurement and property administration guide
lines.
Bidder should
produce trade license and registration certificate form Ministry of
Finance renewed for the year 1997 E.C. Original and Copy of all
evidences should be presented during collection of TOR.
Technical and
financial proposals should be submitted in sealed envelopes to the
organization on or before October 25, 2005.
