The Ethiopian
Chipwood & Furniture Company S. C (ECAFCO S.C.) invites all
interested and eligible bidders to participate in the bid for the
supply of TIMBER PRESERVATIVE CHEMICAL. Bidders must submit a
currency renewed license along with photocopy of the receipt for
payment of at least 1996 E.C. government taxes.
1.
International bidders can obtain the bid documents form our
Commercial Department upon payment of non-refundable fee of Birr 50
(Fifty).
2.
The bidder should furnish as a part of their, bid security of
5% on the total price offered for the Chemical & submitted along
with the bid documents.
3.
Bidders should summit their offer in wax-sealed envelope and
deposit in the box provided at the Commercial Department on December
08, 2005 until 2:00 P.M. local time.
4.
Bids will be opened on the same date at 2:30 P.M. local time
in the presence of bidders or legal representatives at the
Commercial Department. ECAFCO S.C reserves the right to reject the
bid.
