1.
Adola Gold Mine Enterprise (AGME) invites all local eligible
qualified consulting firms to submit proposals for closing of
Accounts and have them Audited as listed in the Request For Proposal
(RFP).
2. RFP
can be obtained form the office of AGME Addis Ababa Liaison
Office of the company during office hours upon payment of
non-refundable fee of Birr 25 (Twenty Five Birr only).
3. All
bond must be accompanied by bid security in the form of certified
check or CPO for the minimum 2% of the total price proposal.
4. Bidders
should submit their offer in wax-sealed envelope and deposit in the
box provided at AGME Addis Ababa Liaison Office on or before
November 22, 2005, 4:00 P.M. Bids will be opened in the presence of
interested bidders or their representatives at AGME Addis Ababa
Liaison Office on November 22, 2005 at 4:15 P.M.
5. The
Enterprise reserves the right to reject the proposals.
