Share Company invites all interested eligible bidder to supply the
following
4 million
Cylindrical Natural Cork 26mm in diameter and 32mm in length.
1 Million
Cylindrical Natural Cork 26mm in diameter and 38mm in length.
Interested
bidders can collect bid documents form commercial department of the
company during office hrs. against a non-refundable payment of Birr
70 starting form the first day of this bid announcement.
Sample of corks
must be submitted within 30 days starting form the first day of
announcement along with price quotation.
All bids must
be accompanied with 1% of the bid price in the form of Bank
Guarantee or Insurance Bond Valid for six months refundable for
losing bidders.
The winning
bidders should deposit performance bong 10% of the aggregate
contract price in the form of Bank Guarantee.
Bid document
should be delivered to above office in wax-sealed envelopes with
simple of the above indicated corks.
Bids will be
opened in the presence of bidders or their legal representatives on
the 31st day starting form the first day of announcement
at 8:00 A.M. in the Conference Hall of the Company.
The Company and
the winning bidder will sign a contract of purchase/sales detailing
the obligations of both contract parties.
The company
reserves the right to reject all or part of the bid.
