Ethiopian
Telecommunications Corporation (ETC) invites sealed bids form
eligible bidders for the Procurement of Hand Tools.
1. The
tender remains floating form October 20, 2005 to November 09, 2005.
Bid document can be obtained form ETC's Head Office Room No. 207
during office hours upon payment of non-refundable fee of Birr 20.00
(Twenty Birr). Bidders should submit their renewed original license
& VAT certificate with copies (if they are registered) when they
come to obtain the bid documents.
2. Bidders
shall furnish as part of their bid, bid security of Birr 3,000 (Birr
Three Thousand).
3. The
Bid bond must be in either of the following form:
a)
Cash
b)
Certified cheque (CPO) issued by a recognized Bank or
c)
Bank guarantee form recognized bank.
4. Bidders
who wish to submit bid security in the form of cash are required to
deposit to our Head Office, 3rd floor, Room No. 311 until
November 9, 2005, 5:00 P.M. and produce the receipt during the bid
opening.
5.
Bidders should prepare their offer in a wax-sealed envelope
and deposit in the box situated at ETC's Head Office 1st
floor Room No. 112 on or before November 09, 2005 upto 5:00 P.M.
6. Bids
will be opened in the presence of interested bidders or their
representatives at 10:00 A.M. on November 10, 2005 at ETC's Head
Office Room No. 111.
7. Partial
bid is not allowed
8. The
Corporation reserves the right to reject all or part of the bids.
