Potential
bidders who have renewed their license for the year 1998 and VAT
registered may obtain bid documents during working hours form the
address shown below against payment of non-refundable Birr 30.
All bids must
be accompanied with bid bond amounting to tow percent (2%) of the
offer in the form of bank guarantee or CPO.
Bids should be
submitted to REST Liaison Office, Addis Abba, Bole Road, near
Meskerem Supermarket building, in wax-sealed envelope before or on
the closing date. The closing date will be on 24 October 2005
at 5:00 P.M. local time.
Bids will be
opened on 25 October 2005 at 3:00 P.M. in the presence of bidders or
their representatives who prefer to attend at REST office, Mekelle,
Tigray.
REST reserves
the right to reject the bid.
