To all
contractors of category GC/BC class 8 and above with renewed license
valid for the yare 1997 E.C. and summary registration in the Tigray
Region of Industry, Trade and Transport.
1. Tigray
Regional Health Bureau has received a grant form Global Fund for the
construction of V.C.T. Center at Mekoni Health Center and
Maintenance work at Maichew Hospital and now invites wax-sealed
beds form eligible bidders for providing the necessary labour,
material and equipment for the construction and completion of the
above project in Tigray Regional State.
2.
A complete set of bidding documents may be purchased by any
interested eligible bidders on the submission f a written
application to the office of Tigray Regional Health Bureau and upon
payment of non-refundable fee of Birr 300 (Three Hundred Birr)
form October 21, 2005 up to November 15, 2005. Additional set of
document may be purchased at the same price.
3. Bidders
may obtain further information form, and inspect and acquire the
bidding documents, at the above office Tel. 04-40 02 22
4. All
bids must be accompanied by a bid security in the form of CPO or
Bank Guarantee of 1% of the bid amount and must be submitted on or
before 12:00 A.M. November 15, 2005.
5. Bids
will be opened and read in the presence of bidders or their
authorized representatives who choose to attend on the same date and
place at 2:30 P.M. at the office of Tigray Regional Health
Bureau.
6. All
contractors must have Value Added Tax (VAT) registration
certificate.
7.
The construction of the project shall be completed within a
maximum of 90 Calendar Days form the commencement of the
work.
8.
Bidders are required to fill all the necessary details in the
schedules.
9.
The Bureau reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
