The South Nations Nationalities and People's Regional State
Health Bureau invites wax-sealed bids form eligible bidders for
furnishing the necessary labour, materials, and equipment for the
construction, reparation and completion of Projects in the table
below:

A complete set of bidding documents can be purchased as of
Tikmit 17,
1998 by any interested eligible bidder or the
submission of a written
application to the Construction Design
Share Company (CDSCo) and
upon payment of the specified amount. Additional
sets of documents can be
purchased each at the same price.
3.
Bidders may obtain further information form, and inspect the
bidding documents at Construction Share Company (CDSCo) Studio 1,
Block 5, Addis Ababa, Tel. 40 33 62 or 42 08 00 (Ext. 286, 287).
4. All
bids must be accompanied by a bid security, 1% of the bid amount, to
a maximum of Birr 100,000 or Birr 3000 to 5000 for bid amounts
40,001 up to 500,000 form recognized financial instructions 40,001
up to 500,000 from recognized financial institutions payable on
first demand Addressed to the employer and must be delivered to
Construction Design Share Company (CDSCo) on or before 12:00 hrs.

5. Bids
will be opened in the presence of those bidders or their legal
representatives on 14:30 hours Hidar 19, 1998 at the office
of CDSCo. 3rd Floor Tender Hall Room No. 128.
6. Bidders
are instructed to submit one "ORIGINAL" and One
"PHOTOCOPY" of the ORIGINAL Bid document with all entire
and to be sealed under separate envelopes.
7. The
employer reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
Bidders are instructed to fill, sign
and seal all the forms of the bid documents. Failure of this
instruction is automatic rejection.
All bids must include Value Added
Tax (VAT) on the summary of price.
Bidders are strongly advised to
visit the site at their own expense.
