3. All
bids must be accompanied by a bid security of not less than 1% of
the bid amount in the form of bank guarantee or a certified check
(CPO).
4. Complete
set of bidding document can be purchased form the above office
(Bureau) upon presentation of 1998 E.C. renewed relevant license,
registration for VAT, Tax Identification Number (TIN) registration
card issued form Ministry of Finance together with written
application & upon payment of non-refundable fee of Birr 30 (Thirty
Birr) only.
The bids must be received at the
Oromia Information and Public Relations Bureau Room No. 2.3 in
finfinne (Addis Ababa) before or on November 24, 2005 until 2:00
P.M. local time. Offers received after the closing time will be
automatically rejected and returned un opened.
5. Bids
received in time and fulfilling all formalities shall be opened in
the presence of interested bidders or their legal representatives at
2:30 P.M. local time on November 24, 2005 OIPRB Finfinne (Addis
Ababa), Room No. 2.3

The Bureau reserves the right to reject all or parts of this
