Description

To all Consultants of Category V and above whose license is valid for the year 1997/1998 E.C.

1.      The ANRS Cooperative Promotion Bureau now invites sealed bid for the provision of consultancy of Construction Supervision and Contract Administration for construction of Grain store at Group one (Meshah, Selfrdine, Bermile Terara), Group tow (Sanja, Ergoyu) Group three (Jama, Kobo), Group four (Kombolcha, Mehalmeda) and Group five (Woldiya, Nefas Mewucha, Sekota) Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information form ANRS Cooperative Promotion Bureau, P.O. Box 1250, Tel. 058-220 05 42 Or 058-220 57 27 Or 058-220 60 32, Fax 058-220 34 54 at Bahir Dar.

2.      Tender document may be obtained by any interested eligible bidder on the submission of written application to the ANRS Corporative Promotion Bureau and upon non-refundable payment of Birr 50 (Fifty Birr) during the official working hours upon presentation of certificate of registration on the service provided and currently renewed trade license.

3.      Wax-sealed bid documents (one original and one copy) shall be delivered for both prequalification (Technical) and priced (Financial) document separately.

4.      All bids must be delivered to the ANRS Cooperative Promotion Bureau, P.O. Box 1250, Tel. 058-220 05 42/058-220 57 27/058-220 60 32, Fax 058-220 34 54 at Bahir Dar before the 20^th working day beginning from the date of advertisement at 6:00 local time. If the 20^th working day is not a working day the submission date will be the next working day at 6:00 local time.

5.      Prequalification (Technical) and price (Financial) documents shall be in the separate sealed envelopes and must be accompanied by a bid security in an acceptable form of 1% of the total bid amount in separate envelope.

6.     Prequalification (Technical) documents will be opened in the presence of bidders/representatives who choose to attend on the 20^th working day beginning form the first date of advertisement at 8:00 local time if the 220^th day is not a working day the opening date will be the next working day at 8:00 local time at the office of ANRS Cooperative Promotion Bureau at Bahir Dar.

7.      Rejection Criteria: The employer will reject the bidder whose bid does not fulfill the following conditions.

1. Bidders should attach/present currently renewed Trade License, & renewed Registration Certificate to the technical documents.
2. Bidders should submit one original & one-copy for both Technical and financial document separately in sealed envelope.

8.      Bidder must present certificate VAT registration.

9.      The Successful bidder shall furnish 10% Performance bond form the total bid amount.

10.  The employer reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
