2. Interested
eligible bidders may obtain further information form and inspect the
bidding document at the Ethiopian News Agency office No. 321, P.O.
Box 530, Addis Ababa, Ethiopia, Tel. 56 43 82, Fax 55 16 09.
3. A
complete set of biding document may be purchased by any interested
eligible bidder upon payment of non-refundable fee of Birr 50.
4. All
bids must be wax-sealed and must be accompanied by 2% the bid price
as bid bond to the aforementioned office on or before November 4,
2005, 12:00 noon and shall be opened at 3:00 P.M. on the same day at
the above address.
5. Technical
and Financial Proposal of the bid document must be submitted
separately.
6. Ethiopian
News Agency reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
