upon non-refundable payment of Birr 50 (Fifty)
Bids should be
submitted in a wax-sealed envelopes marked with "Bid for the supply
of Printing Rubber" up to November 12, 2005 at 10:00 A.M. local
time.
The tender will
be opened on November 12, 2005 in the presence of bidders or their
representatives at 10:30 A.M. local time.
