The National
Lottery Administration of ETHIOPIA invites sealed bids form any
interested bidders for the printing and supply of 17.7 million bar
coded pre printed Lotto Lottery tickets and one compatible draw
machine and ten bar code reader equipment.
1. Any
interested bidder can collect a complete set of bidding document
Administration in English language from the National Lottery
Administration head office, Arada Kifle Ketema, Kebele 02, Room No.
15 during normal working days and office hours against non-refutable
payment of Birr 300 (Three Hundred Birr) in cash or certified cheque
issued by recognized bank.
2. Bid
must be accompanied by a bid bond of Birr 30,000 or its equivalent
in any freely convertible currency.
3. The
bid bond must be in any of the following forms:
a)
Cash
b)
Certified Cheque (COP) issued by recognized bank
c)
Bank Guarantee issued by a recognized bank
4. Bid
must be delivered on or before December 6, 2005 at 3:00 P.M. local
time to the following address:

Bid will be opened on the same date & time (i.e. December 6,
2005 at 3:00 P.M.) at National Lottery Administration.

National Lottery Administration reserves the right to reject
any or all bids.
