The Ethiopian
Civil Aviation Authority /ECAA/ invites interested bidders to
participate in providing comprehensive office machines maintenance
and repair service for its copiers, typewriters, calculators, fax
machine, computers & related Accessories.
Interested
bidders can collect details of the bid document, form ECAA, Head
Office Room No. 20, during working hours by paying a non-refundable
sum of Birr 40 commencing form the announcement of this notice up to
November 22, 2005. Bidders should submit their offer in wax-sealed
envelope and deposit in the box provided at ECAA head office Room
15, on or before the bid closing date. Bids must accompanied by a
security of 5000 Birr in the form of CPO or Bank Guarantee.
Bids will be
opened in the presence of bidders and/or their official
representatives, who wish to attend, on November 23, 2005 at 9:30
P.M. (local time).
The Authority
reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids.
