Second Invitation
Mekelle
Municipality invites sealed bids form legal and eligible bidders for
the supply of:
Water and foam
fire fighting Truck
therefore
bidders should fulfill the following requirements with their
Performa invoice.
1. Bidders
should present their business license valid for the year 1997 E.C.
2. Bidders
should present a copy of Suppliers list and VAT registration
certificate.
3. Bidders
should obtain bid documents upon payment of non-refundable fee of
Birr 100 form Mekelle Municipality office No. 27 starting form the
announcement date of this bid.
4. Bidders
must be accompanied by a bid Security (bid bond) Birr 10,000 in the
form of C.P.O. on or before the closing date.
5. The
Closing and Opening date of the bid will be on November 24, 2005 at
3:00 P.M. and at 4:00 P.M. representatives.
6. The
bid will be opened in the presence of bidders or their
representatives who may attend on the Specified date and time at the
Municipality office number 32.
7. The
Municipality reserves the right to Cancel or Accept partially or all
bids.
8. Bidders
may obtain further information form the Municipality.
