1.
The Southern Nationals, Nationalities and Peoples Regional
Government Health Bureau revived form the Assistance Government
towards the cost of Health Sector Development Program and intends
apply part of the Fund to cover eligible payment under the Contract
for the procurement of HIV Laboratory Kit for Health Center and
Hospitals.
2. The
Southern National, Nationalities and Peoples Regional Government
Health Bureau now invites sealed bids form eligible bides for the
supply of HIV Laboratory Kit for Health Center and Hospital.
Bids will be
evaluated and contract will be awarded for each item taking into
account discount offered, if any, for combined items in determining
the lowest evaluated cost of all items which will be the bases for
award of the contract(s)

Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information
form and inspect bidding documents at Administration Service Office
No. 63, P.O. Box 149, Tel. (046) 220 52 65, Awassa, Ethiopia.
4.
A complete set of bidding documents may be purchased by
interested bidders on the submission of a written application,
registration certificate in suppliers list and renewed trade license
to the above and upon a payment of a non-refundable fee of Birr 20
(Twenty Birr only)
5. Bids
must be delivered to the above office of on or before 2:00 P.M.
December 1, 2005 and must be accompanied by a security of not less
than 2% of the bid amount.
6.
Bids will be opened in the presence of
bidders/representatives who choose to attend on December 1, 2005 at
2:30 P.M. in the above office.
