contractors of category GC/BC class III (3) and above with renewed
license valid for the year.
1.
The Commercial Bank of Ethiopia invites all eligible
contractors category GC/BC calls III (3) who would be financially
and technically capable to furnish the necessary material, labour
and equipment to undertake construction works of Commercial Bank of
Ethiopia at Addis Ababa.
2. The
complete set of bidding document can be purchased as of October 31,
2005 on submission of written application to GATMeTS International
Plc. Consulting Engineering planners and Architects P.O. Box 1264
Tel. (011) 5533372 Addis Ababa, Ethiopia and upon payment of
non-refundable fee of Ethiopian Birr 465.
3. Bidders
may obtain further information form, and inspect and acquire the
bidding documents, at the above office.
4. Bids
should be submitted in wax-sealed envelope with one original and tow
copies on or before November 29, 2005 before 4:30 P.M. for
Commercial Bank of Ethiopia, Engineering Service Division (at Kerra
CBE Goffa Sefer Branch 1st floor) in the box prepared for
this purpose.
5. All
bids must be accompanied (within the original envelope) by a bid
security, in the form of a certificate check, CPO or a bank
guarantee from a reputable bank of the bidding choice located in,
Ethiopia for an amount of 1%.
6. Bid
will be opened on November 30, 2005, 10:00 A.M. in the presence of
bidders or their legal representatives at Commercial Bank of
Ethiopia Goffa Sefer Branch, Engineering Service Division.
7. Bidders
are requested to fill the necessary details in the schedule.
8. The
bidders must be VAT registration and above certificate form the
Ministry of Finance and Economic Development.
9. The
Employer reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
