1. The
Ethiopia Electric Power Corporation (EEPCo) (herein after referred
to as the Corporation) has allocated a budget for the 1998 fiscal
year to wards Supply and Installation of PLC Communication Equipment
for Dire Dawa Emergency Diesel Station, COM-1/2005.
2. The
Ethiopia Electric Power Corporation (EEPCo) invites interested and
eligible bidders to participate in Design, Manufacture Supply,
Installation, Testing and Commission of PLC Communication Equipment
Tender For Dire Dawa Emergency Diesel Station.
3.
Prospective bides should have prior experience in Design,
Manufacture, Supply, Installation Testing and Commissioning of PLC
Communication Equipment.
4. Interested
and eligible bidders may obtain the bid document form: COM 1/2/2005
against payment of non-refundable fee of Birr 300 (Three Hundred)

5. The
bid document may be collected starting form November 1, 2005 against
a non-refundable fee of Birr (Three Hundred Birr) form procurement
Division during office hours. All bids must be accompanied by a bid
security of USD 5,000 (Five Thousand US Dollars), and must be
delivered to the address above on or before December 1, 2005, 16:00
hours local time (Addis Ababa).
6. Bid
will be opened on December 2, 2005 at 10:00 hours local time (Addis
Ababa) in presence of bidders or there representatives who choose to
attend the bid opening to the held at EEPCo Electric Club, Mexico
Square, Addis Ababa, Ethiopia.
7. The
Corporation reserves the right to reject all or partially or modify
the Tender at any item before issuing letter of acceptance to the
successful bidder.
