2. Bidding
is open to all qualified bidders.

Interested bidders may obtain further information form the
Purchasing and Sales Division at Alemaya University and the bidding
address given below.
4. A
complete set of bidding documents in English may be purchased by
interested bidders on the submission of a written application to the
address below and payment of a non-refundable fee of Birr Two
Hundred.
5. Bids
must be delivered to the address below at or before 11:00 A.M. on
November 21, 2005. All bids must be accompanied by a bid security of
Birr 5,000. Late bids will be rejected.
6. Bids
will be opened in the presence of the bidders/representatives who
choose to attend at the address below at 11:00 A.M. on November 21,
2005.
