2. Bidding
is open to all qualified bidders from Ethiopia.
3. Interested
bidders may obtain further information form the Purchasing and Sales
Division at Alemaya University and inspect the bidding documents at
the address given below.
4. A
complete set of bidding documents in English may be purchased by
interested bidders on the submission of a written application to the
address below and payment of a non-refundable fee of Birr Two
Hundred.
5. Bids
must be delivered to the address below at or before 9:30 A.M. on
November 21, 2005. All bids must be accompanied by a bid security of
Birr 5,000. Late bids will be rejected.
6. Bids
will be opened in the presence of the bidders/representatives who
choose to attend at the address below at 9:30 A.M. on November 21,
2005.
