Cement Enterprise invites eligible bidders to participate in the bid
for the supply of:
Lot 1- Dresser Dozer TD25G Spare Parts
Lot 2-BPI 222 Spare Parts
2.
Eligible Suppliers could obtain tender documents by
presenting a copy of their renewed licenses valid for he budget year
against payment of non-refundable Birr 30 from Procurement & Supply
Department, Addis Ababa during working days from 9:00 A.M. to 4:30
P.M. local time.
3.
Bids should be accompanied by a bid security of 2% in the
form of Certified Cheque, CPO or Bank Guarantee which will be
payable on first demand by MUGHER CEMENT ENTERPRISE.
4.
Wax-Sealed bids shall be delivered to MUGHER CEMENT
ENTERPRISE, Procurement & Supply Department, Addis Ababa Office on
or before October 28, 2005 at 4:00 P.M. local time. Bidders should
provide One Original and Tow Copies of “Technical and Financial”
documents separately for each lot.
5.
Bids (Technical Offer) will be opened on October 29, 2005 at
10:00 A.M. local time in the presence of bidders or their authorized
representatives.
6.
MCE reserves he right to reject any or all bids.
