1997 E.C. and summary registration in the Tigray Region of
Industry, Trade and Transport.
1.
Tigray Regional Health Bureau has received a grant from
Global Fund for the Constriction of VCT. Center at Nebelet Health
Station and Maintenance work at Adigrat Hospital and now invites
wax-sealed bids from eligible bidders for providing the necessary
labour, material and equipment for the construction and completion
of the above project in Tigray Regional State.
2. A complete set of bidding documents may be purchased by
any interested eligible bidders on the submission of a written
application to the office to Tigray Regional Health Bureau and upon
payment of non-refundable fee of Birr 300 (Three Hundred Birr)
from October 06, 2005 up to November 02, 2005. Additional set of
documents may be purchased at the same price.
3. Bidders may obtain further information from, and inspect
and acquire the bidding documents, at the above office

All bids must be accompanied by a bid security in the
form of CPO or Bank Guarantee of 1% the bid amount and must
be submitted on or before 12:00 A.M. November 02, 2005.
5. Bids will be opened and read in the presence of bidders
or their authorized representatives who choose to attend on the same
date and place at 23:30 P.M. at the office of Tigray Regional Health
Bureau.

All contractors must have Value Added Tax (VAT)
registration certificate.
7.
The construction of the project shall be completed within
a maximum of 90 calendar days from the commencement of the
work.
8. Bidders are requested to fill all the necessary details
in the schedules.
9. The Bureau reserves the right to reject any or all bids. |
