Description

The Addis Ababa University College of Commerce (AAUCC) invites all interested and eligible bidders for the supply of Computers, Printers and Laptops.

Bid documents can be obtained form the College's Room No. 39 during office hours upon payment of non-refundable Birr 100 (One Hundred Birr) starting form 11^th October 2005. Bidders are required to submit the copies of their trade license renewed for EFY 1997 and VAT registration certificate to the office where they will collect bid document.

Bidders shall furnish as part of their bid, a bid bond in the amount of Birr 5,000 (Birr Five Thousand), and a copy of the registration slip as suppliers with the Ministry of Finance.

The bid bond must be only in CPO (Cash Payment Order) form recognized bank.

Bidders should submit their offers in a wax-sealed envelope in the College Room 44 on or before 5:00 P.M. on 9^th of November, 2005.

Bid documents will be opened in the presence of interested bidders or their representatives at 10:00 A.M. on 10^th of November 2005 at New Auditorium of the College.

The College reserves the right to accept or reject all or part of the bids.
