1.
The H/P/N/R/S Health Bureau likes to construct
Anti-Retroviral distribution center.
2.
A complete set of the documents and additional copies can be
purchased by interested eligible bidder on the submission of a
written application to the office of H/P/N/R/S Health Bureau Office
No. 15 upon payment of non-refundable fee of Birr 100 (One Hundred
Birr).
3.
Bidders may obtain further information from, Harari People
National Regional Health Bureau Office No. 15.
4.
All bids must be accompanied by a bid security, in acceptable
(cash, or freely convertible currency) not less than 2% of the bid
amount & must be submitted on or before (time) of bid opening
October 24, 2005, 8:30 P.M. LT at the address specified in the
clause 3 above.

Bids will be opened and read in the presence of bidders or
their authorized representatives who choose to attend on the same
date October 24, 2005 and after half an hour at 9:00 P.M. LT hour in
the office of bureau head of the Regional Health Bureau No. 08.
6.
The construction of the works shall be completed within a
maximum of 45 (forty five) calendar days from the commencement of
the work.
7.
Bidders are requested to fill all the necessary details in
the schedules.

Bureau reserves the right to reject the bid partially or totally. |
