1. The
Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia has received a credit form
the International Development Association (IDA) towards the cost of
The Ethiopian Multi Sectoral HIV/AIDS Project (EMSAP). It is
intended that part of the proceeds of this credit will be applied to
eligible payment under contract for the Procurement of Desktop
Computer, Printer, Ups, Diskette Box, Photocopier, Video Deck, &
Television.
2. The
Amhara National Regional State Education Bureau now invites sealed
bids for the supply of:
Desk Top Computer
33 sets
Photocopier 2 sets
Printer 23 sets
Ups 23 sets
Video
Deck 23 sets
Televisions 23 sets
Diskette
Box 23 sets
3. Bidders
should provide copies of relevant and valid trade license as well as
registration certificate. Bidders have the option to bid for any one
of the items motioned above. Bids evaluation and award of contract
shall be on item-by-item basis.
4.
Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information
form and inspect the bidding documents at the address given below.
5. A
completes set of bidding document may be purchased by any interested
bidder upon payment of Birr 50.
6. All
bids must be accompanied by a bid security of not less than 2% of
the total bid price in the form of cash, certified check, or a bank
guarantee and must be delivered to the address of Amhara National
Regional State Education Bureau given below on or before 2:00 P.M.
11 November 2005.
7. Bids
will be opened in the presence of bidders or representatives who
choose to attend at 2:30 P.M. 11 November 2005 at the Conference
Room of Amhara National Regional State Education Bureau, Bahir
Dar. Late Bids will be rejected.
