Therefore:
1. Bidders
who can provide currently renewed Trade License, Recent Tax
Clearance form Inland Revenue Authority, Registration certificate
form the Ministry of Finance & Economic development, for which they
are listed on Supplier List and VAT Registration Certificate form
the concerned Authority can participate for the bid.
2. On
the submission of a written application, a complete set of bid,
bidding documents can be purchased form ORRA's Procurement Brach
Office addressed below against non-refundable payment indicated in
the table above for each item, starting from the date of the 1st
appearance of this invitation notice on The Ethiopian herald.
3.
"Bidders shall prepare bid proposal in Two Copies (One
"Original" & One Photocopy of The Original") in accordance with
the following VOLUME SEPARATELY & shall submit in the wax-sealed
envelopes.
Volume I:
Technical Proposal (One Original & One Photocopy Separately)
Volume II:
Financial Proposal (One Original & One Photocopy Separately)
4. Bid
proposal shall be accompanied by a bid bond in the amount of 1% of
the bid amount in the form of Bank Guarantee or CPO only.
5. The
bidders can bid for One of for All items.
6. Bid
Proposal (both Technical & Financial Proposal) shall be submitted
on/or before November 04, 2004 at 10:00 A.M. local time. Late
bids will be rejected.
7. Technical
Proposal will start to be opened on November 04, 2005 at 10:15 A.M.
& Financial Proposal of Technically qualified bidders will be opened
after 10 days form the opening date of Technical Proposal, i.e.
November 14, 2005 at 10:30 A.M.
