Detailed tender
specification can be obtained from Commercial Department upon
non-refundable payment of Birr 30 during office hours.
Agents should
produce letter of authorization from principals, renewed license for
the year 1997 E.C. and registration certificate form Federal
Ministry of Finance, renewed license and Registration Certificate
should be presented upon purchase of tender documents. One local
agent should represent only one principal. Offers submitted by a
local agent representing more than one principal will be
automatically rejected. Bidders are recommended strictly to adhere
to the terms and conditions set in the tender documents.
Bids should be
deposited in the safe box located at NTE archive office in sealed
envelope on or before November 1st 2005 up to 10:00 A.M.
(local time) and will be opened at the same date at 10:30 A.M.
(local time) in the presence of bidders or their representatives.
NTE reserves
the right to accept or reject any or all beds.
