1. The
Water Works Design and Supervision Enterprise is interested in
procurement of goods for which this Invitation for Bids is issued.
2. The
Water Works Design and Supervision Enterprise now invites sealed
bids form eligible bidders for the supply of:

Ups

Plotter

-3 Office Furniture
Lot
-4 Office Equipment
3. A
complete set of Bidding document may be purchased by interested
bidders from the above address and upon payment of a non-refundable
fee of 50 Birr.
4. Pre-tender
conference will be arranged on October 5, 2005 at W.W.D.S.E.
conference Room.
5. Bids
must be delivered to the above office on or before 4:00 P.M. on
October 12, 2005 and must be accompanied by a security bid bond
of fixed sum of (refer to instruction to Tenders for the Specific
Lot)
6.
Bids will be opened in the presence of bidders' or their
representatives who choose to attend, October 13, 2005 at 10:00
A.M. at Water Works Design and Supervision Enterprise conference
Room.
7. All
bidders are required to present certificate of registration given by
the Ministry of Finance & Economic Development and to submit
documentary evidence which shows-their renewal of trade license for
the current year and receipt for the payment of all forms of taxes.
8.
The Water Works Design and Supervision Enterprise reserves
the aright to accept or reject part or all of the bidding process.
