Ethiopian
Telecommunications Corporation (ETC) invites sealed bids form
eligible bidders for the Procurement of Power Cable.
1. The
Tender remains floating form September 8th, 2005 to
September 29th, 2005. Interested & qualified bidders may
obtain the bidding document form ETC's Head Office during office
hours at Room No. 206 upon payment of non-refundable fee of Birr
20.00 (Birr Twenty only) starting from August 8th, 2005.
2.
Bidders should bring Original & one copy of their renewed
license & VAT Registration Certificate upon purchasing the bid
documents.
3. Bidders
shall furnish as part of their bid a bid bond amount of 3,000 Birr
(Birr Three Thousand).
4. The
Bid bond must be in either of the following form:
a)
Cash
b)
Certificate cheque (CPO) issued by recognized Bank or
c)
Bank guarantee form recognized bank
5. Bidders
who wish to submit bid bond in the form of cash are required to
deposit to our Finance Office before bid opening date and show the
receipt/deposit slip during the bid opening date.
6.
Bidders should submit their offer in a wax-sealed envelope
and deposit in the box provided at ETC's Head Office, Room No. 112
on September 29th and Bids will be opened in the presence
of interested bidders or their representatives at ETC's Head Office
Room No. 719 on September 30th , 2005 at 10:00 A.M.
7. The
Corporation reserves the right to reject all or part of the bids.
8. Partial
bid is allowed.
