the supply of:

Detailed tender
documents can be obtained from Commercial Department upon
non-refundable payment of Birr 100 for item No.1 and Birr 50 for
items of No. 2,3,and 4 during office hours. Agents should produce
letter of authorization from principals, renewed license for the
year 1997 E.C. and registration certificate form Federal Ministry of
Finance upon purchase of tender documents. One local agent should
represent only one principal. Offers submitted by a local agent
representing more than one principal will be automatically rejected.
Bidders are recommended strictly to adhere the terms and conditions
set in the tender documents.
Bid should be
deposited in the safe box located at NTE archive office in sealed
envelope on or before October 20, 2005 up to 10:00 A.M. (local time)
and will be opened at the same date at 10:30 A.M. (local time) in
the presence of bidders or their representatives.
