Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia has received a credit form
International Development Association (IDA) towards the cost of
Agricultural Research and Training Project and intends to apply part
of the funds to cover eligible payments under the contract for the
Renovation of Buildings at Alemaya University Campus-Tender No.
AU/ARTP/NCB/CW09-04/05. Bidding is open to all bidders form eligible
source countries as defined in the Guidelines: Procurement under
IBRD Loans and IDA Credits.

works is GC 4 and above.

Ethiopia Birr 500 (Ethiopian Birr Five Hundred) or its equivalent in
a freely-convertible currency, for each set. Interested bidders may
obtain further information at the same address.

accompanied by security of Birr 30,000 and shall be delivered to
Alemaya University Addis Ababa Liaison Office, Ministry of
Education, Office No. 116 Old Building, Tel. 57 10 98 or 55 31 33
(Ext. 208) Addis Ababa, Ethiopia on or before 11:00 A.M. on
October 28, 2005 at which time they will be opened in the
presence of bidders who wish to attend.
Qualified domestic bidders may be eligible to receive a
margin of preference of 7½ present in bid evaluation.
