Bishoftu City
Urban Local Government Municipality invites interested bidders to
least out the land which is used for commercial, resident and
recreation purposes.
Any interested
bidders shall get detail information and standard bid documents form
Bishoftu Municipality Office No. 26 from September 6, 2005 to
September 21, 2005 onwards against payment of non-refundable Birr
100 (Hundred).
All bids
documents shall be submitted in two copies in sealed envelope marked
"Application For lease No. Bi/02/98 and the name of specified site."
All bid must be
accompanied by a 1% Bid bond of the total year leased land value
form CPO or Bank guarantee and must be submitted on 15 September
2005 before 12:00 A.M.
Bid shall be
opened and read in the presence of bidders or their authorized
representatives on 22 September 2005 at 2:0 P.M. at Bishoftu
Municipality office.
Those except
for resident site bidders, the rest shall be obliged to provide.

Planned project prefeasibility duty or profile
2. Certificate
of finance capacity like current bank statement and other relative
information.
Bishoftu
Municipality reserves the right to accept or reject the bid
partially or fully.
