Oromia Water Resources Bureau obtained a budget from the
Regional Government of Oromia for the cost of procurement of water
related good for Gimbichu Fantalle Water Supply Project and
would like to procure the under mentioned water related goods.
2. Therefore,
interested eligible bidders are invited to participate on this bid
the supply of one or all of the following lots.

Office, Fourth Floor, Room No. 404, Procurement Process Team, P.O.
Box 8630, Tel 251-1-50 96 22, Fax 251-1-51 77 56, Finfinnee,
Ethiopia.
4. Complete
set of bidding document can be purchased from the above office upon
presentation of 1997 E.C. Renewed Relevant License, Registration
Cared issued form Ministry of Finance, Registration Card for VAT,
Taxpayer Registration Certificate (Tax Identification Number)
together with WRITTEN APPLICATION & upon payment of
non-refundable fee of Birr 200.00 (Two Hundred Ethiopian Birr
only).
5. Bids
accompanied by a bid security of not less than 1% of the total price
must be submitted to the above office in the form of C.P.O. or
Bank Guarantee (insurance bond is not acceptable) issued from
recognized bank on/or before 09th of November 2005 at
12:00 A.M.
6.
Bids will be opened at the presence of
bidders/representatives on the same date on 09th
November 2005 at 02:00 P.M. at the Assembly Hall of the Bureau.
7. The
Bureau reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
