RE-INVITATION TO BID
The Essential
Drugs Program (E.D.P.) of the Ethiopian Red Cross Society intends to
employ a qualified audit service organization which is up to date in
the payment of Annual Trade License fee and which can present the
following authenticated documentation:
1. Certification
of competence of Grade I category approved by the office of the
Federal Audit General.
2. List
of professionals (staff) who Conduct the Audit Processes.
3.
Profile of the audit firm.
4.
Statement of audit fee (charge) and the time frame to
complete the audit
5. Bidders
should submit their bid documents in wax-sealed envelopes at
E.R.C.S. head office located at Ras Desta Damtew Road near Gandi
Hospital by stating the name of the tender within 10 working days of
this notice.
6.
The tender will be opened on the next working day at 10:30
A.M. at E.R.C.S. head office in he presence of bidders or their
legal representatives.
7. The
program reserves all rights to accept or reject any or all bids.
8. Bidders
can have access to relevant information regarding the task and
expected output by:

Specification Tasks and Outputs Expected:
1. Auditing
the accounts of the E.R.C.S.-Essential Drugs Program Head Office
(Addis Ababa).
2. Auditing
the accounts of 35 E.R.C.S. Pharmacies/Drug shops located in
different parts of the country. (Information regarding their located
can be collected form EDP Head Office).
3. Auditing
the consolidated accounted of the 35 ERCS Pharmacies/Drug shops.
4. Auditing
the consolidated account of the EDP Head Office and the 35 ERCS
Pharmacies/Drug shops.
Expected
Outputs shall Include:
1.
Audited Financial Reports for EDP Head Office and for each of
the listed ERCS Pharmacies/Drug shops.
2.
Consolidated Financial report for the listed ERCS
Pharmacies/shops.
3. Consolidated
Financial Reports for EDP Head Office and the listed
ERCS/Pharmacies/Drug shops.
4. Management
letter (International Control Memorandum) for EDP Head Office and
each of the 35 ERCS Pharmacies/Drug shops.
