1.
The Federal Inland Revenue Authority
invites-wax-sealed bids form eligible bidders furnishing the
necessary labor, materials, and equipment for the construction,
reparation completion of MIS Building Maintenance Work
Project at Addis Ababa.
2.
A complete set of bidding documents may be purchased as of
Meskerem 4, 1998 by any interested eligible bidder on the
submission of written application to:
The
Construction Design Share Company (CDSCo)
and upon payment of Birr
435 each. Additional sets of documents may be
purchased each at the same
price.
3. Bidders
may obtain further information from, and inspect the bidding
documents at Construction Design Share Company (CDSCo) Studio 1,
Block 5, Addis Ababa Tel. 40 33 62 or 42 08 00 (Ext. 286/287)
4. All
bids must be accompanied by a bid security, 1% of the bid amount, to
a maximum of Birr 100,000 or Birr 3,000 to 5,000 for bid amounts
40,001 upto 500,000 from recognized financial institution payable
on first demand Addressed to employer and must be delivered to
Construction Design Share Company (CDSCo) on or before
12:00 hrs. Tikimt 4, 1998.
5.
Bids will be
opened in the presence of those bidders or legal representatives on
14:30 hours Tikimt 4, 1998 at the office of CDSCo.

6. Bidders
are instructed to submit One "ORIGINAL" and One
"PHOTOCOPY" of the ORIGINAL bid document with all entries
and To be sealed under separate envelope.
7. The
employer reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
Bidders are instructed to fill, sign
and seal all the form of the bid documents. Failure of this
instruction is automatic rejection.
All bids must include Value Added
Tax (VAT) on the summary of price.
Bidders are strongly advised to
visit the site at their own expense
