Assela Malt Factory invites all interested bidders to participate in
a bid for the supply of 10,000 metric tons of two raw spring-cleaned
malt barley.
1. Detailed
specifications and tender documents could be collected from Addis
Ababa Liaison office, Mexico Square, Coffee & Plantation Building or
from Assela Malt Factory Commercial Department office with payment
of non-refundable fee of Birr 50.
2. All
bids must be accompanied by bid security of 2% of the bid value and
must be delivered to commercial department before May 26, 2006 at
1:30 P.M. in the form of CPO or certified cheque confirmed at
Commercial Bank of Ethiopia in sealed envelope.
3. The
bid will be closed on May 26, 2006 at 1:30 P.M.
4. The
bid will be opened on May 26, 2006 at 2:00 P.M. at Addis Ababa
Liaison office in the presence of bidders or representatives who
choose to attend.
5. Assela
Malt Factory reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids.
