For the second time
Ethiopian Telecommunications Corporation (ETC) invites sealed bids
from eligible bidders for the Procurement of "Carpet Imported best
quality, better density and thickness brown color".
1.
Interested & qualified bidders may obtain the bidding
documents from ETC Head Office during office hours at Room No. 511
upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Birr 20 (Birr Twenty only)
for each tender starting from April 12, 2006-May 02, 2006.
2. Bidders
should bring original & one copy of their renewed license & VAT
Registration Certificate.
3.
Bidders shall furnish as part of their Bid, a Bid Security of
Birr 5,000 (Birr Five Thousand).
4. The
bid bond must be in either of the following form:
a)
Cash
b)
Certified cheque (CPO) issued by a recognized Bank or
c)
Bond issued by a
recognized Bank
5. Bidders
who wish to submit bid bond in the form of cash are required to
deposit to our Finance Office before bid opening date and show the
receipt/deposit slip during the bid opening date.
6.
Bidders should submit
their offer in a wax-sealed envelope and deposit in the box provided
until May 3, 2006, 5:00 P.M. at ETC's Head Office Room # 112 and
bids will be opened on May 3, 2006 at 10:00 A.M. in the presence of
bidders for their representatives at ETC's Head Office Conference
Room No. 111 according to the schedule.
7.
Partial bid is not
allowed.
8.
The Corporation
reserves the right to reject all or part of the bids.
