Description

1.      Harari People National Regional State Education and Capacity Building now invites all eligible bidders with renewed license valid for the year and value Added Tax (VAT) registration under contract for the supply of Education materials and equipment for primary schools.

2.      A complete set of bidding document can be purchased by non-refundable fee of Birr 200 (Two Hundred only) starting from 20^th of April 2006 from Harari People National Regional State Education and Capacity Building Bureau of Panning and Project Service, Tel. 251 025 666 18 89, Fax 251 025 666 23 85, Room No. 11.

3.      Interested eligible bidders can obtain further information from the above address.

4.      Bid shall be valid for a period of 90 days. Bid opening and all bids must be accompanied by bid security not less than 2% of the total bid price as a certified check or cash.

5.      Sealed bids shall be delivered to the above address on or before 2:30 P.M. 15^th of May 2006.

6.      Bids will be opened in the presence of bidders or their legal representatives who choose to attend at 3:00 P.M. 8^th of May 2006 at the Head of the Education and Capacity Building Bureau Room No. 3.

7.      The contract work shall be completed with a maximum of 60 calendar days from the commencement of the work.

8.      The bureau reserves the right to reject all or part of the bid.
