Re-Invitation
To All
Consulting Architects and Engineers whose license is valid for the
year 1998 E.C.
1.
The ANRS Dessie
Business and Management College now invites sealed pre-qualification
and tender documents from eligible bidders for provision of design
services for office building at Dessie town.
2.
Interested eligible
bidders may obtain further information from Dessie Business and
Management College P.O. Box 1216, Tel. 033 111 90 87 or 033 111 70
08, Dessie.
3.
Both the
pre-qualification and tender documents may be obtained by any
interested eligible bidders on the submission of a written
application to the Dessie Business and Management College. Upon
payment of non-refundable Birr 50 (Fifty Birr).
4. Both
the pre-qualification and prices bid documents shall be in separate
envelopes and mist be accompanied by a bid security in an acceptable
form of 1% of the bid amount.
5. The
bid security shall, at the bidder’s option, be in the form of
certified check, a bank draft, an irrevocable letter of credit on a
guarantee from a bank located in Ethiopia or bond issued by an
insurance or bonding company located in Ethiopia acceptable to the
employer.
6.
Both the
pre-qualification and tender documents must be delivered to college
on or before Miazia 24, 1998 E.C. at 6:30 P.M.
7.
Pre-qualification and
tender documents will be opened in the presence e of bidders
representatives who choose to attend on Miazia 24, 1998 E.C. at 8:00
P.M. local time.
8.
The Employer reserves
the right to reject any or all bids.
