Re-tender
1. The
Educational Materials Production and Distribution Enterprise (EMPDE)
intends to procure different types of machines and Consumable
Products for its Different Department.
2. Bids
are invited from eligible bidders for the supply of different
Machines & Instrument and consumable Items.
3. Detailed
information will be found in the bidding document which are
obtainable during working hours from the Commercial Department of
EMPDE, Room No. 35 upon payment of a non-refundable amount of Birr
115 (One Hundred Fifteen Only). April 13, 2006.
4. Bidders
requiring bidding document by first class Air Mail should send a
Crossed Bank Draft of Birr 200 or an equivalent amount in foreign
currency drawn in favour of EMPDE, in addition to the price of the
document indicated in paragraph 3.
5.
Sealed bids must be
submitted with the making Tender No. EMPDE 3R/1998/ICB/2006. Supply
of Machines, Instrument and Consumable Items at the address stated
in paragraphs 10 below.
6. All
bids must be accompanied by a bid bond amount of 2% in the currency
of the bid in the form of a Bank Guarantee or CPO Cheque established
through any Commercial Bank in Ethiopia, addressed to EMPDE, P.O.
Box 5549, Tel. 46 34 81/46 35 55 Ext. 230, 232 to as to reach it on
or before 30/05/06 at 9:30 A.M.
7.
The Educational
Materials Production and Distribution Enterpriser (EMPDE) reserves
the right to reject any or all bids.
