The Catering and Tourism Training, Institute (CTTI) with the budget
allotted from the Federal Government is planning to renovate Genet
Hotel Buildings to convert the existing rooms into classrooms and
other training facilitates.
The CTTI hereby invites interested consultants of category IV and
Above.
Eligible consultants must have license valid for 1998 E.C.
registration certificate from the Ministry of Finance & Economic
Development and VAT registration.
Consultants must provide information ideating that they are
qualified to perform the services. (Brochure description of similar
assignments, experience in similar condition, availability of
appropriate skills among staff, etc)
The consultants should have the knowledge resource and experience in
designing premises for catering & Tourism Training Institution
and/or Colleges.
Interested consultants may collect Terms or Reference (TOR) upon
payment of a non-refundable fee of Birr 50 (Fifty Birr) from Genet
Hotel Room Number 139 during working hours.
Expressions of interest must be delivered to the address below
within 30 days beginning the date of the announcement on The
Ethiopian Herald Newspaper.
Bid bond will be according to guideline assed by Ministry of Finance
and Economic Development Hamle 1997 E.C. clause 11-13 sub clause 1.
The Institute reserves the right to reject all or parts of the bid.
The bid will be opened on the 31st day at 10:00 A.M. in
the presence of bidders and/or their legal representatives at Genet
Hotel Conference Hall.
