1. The
Vehicles and Spare-Parts can be inspected at GLRA’s main campus
located in ALERT compound during normal working hours between
Mondays through Friday 2:00 to 4:00 P.M.

2. Bids
offers must be submitted within twenty (20) days from the date of
publication of this announcement in THE ETHIOPIAN HERALD in
wax-sealed envelope marked” offer for GLRA Vehicles and Spare Parts”

Bid offers must clearly show for
which vehicle or item is bidden and the amount, the bidder is
willing to pay, must be clearly indicated.
3. The
successful bidders will be required to pay the full bid amount
immediately and complete the necessary formalities for the transfer
of ownership within twenty (20) days after payment. Default on any
on these requirements will result in automatic forfeiture of the bid
bond and entitle GLRA to seek other resources.
4. GLRA
reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
