Re-TENDER
1. Bale
Agricultural Development Enterprise (BADE) invites sealed bids from
suitable experienced suppliers for the supply of the following:

2. Bidders
must bid for the fully quantity in a lot failing which such bids may
be rejected as non-responsive.

Bidders should participate for the fully quantity of Machineries.
The enterprise reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
4. A
complete set of bidding documents may be purchased by any interested
bidders upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Birr 50 (Fifty
Birr).
5. All
bids must be accompanied by a bid security of not less than 2% of
the total bid amount and must be delivered to BADE liaison office at
Addis Ababa before the closing time and date.
6. Bidders
will be responsible for delivering their bids on or before the
deadline shown above to the address specified in clause 5 above.
7. Bids
will be closed at 10:00 A.M. on May 8, 2006 at BADE liaison office
Addis Ababa.
8. Bid
will be opened in the presence of the bidders or heir represeatnvies
who choose to attend, at 10:00 A.M. on May 8, 2006 at BADE liaison
office Addis Ababa. |
